Devref says (in 6.5,3.1.8., the section about "Type: error"):

It is recommended to use this type for any message that needs user
attention for a correction of any kind.

It seems to me a note is either too much (if, e.g., I've previously
had it set up but then did an unpurged remove) or too little (if I'm
directly installing minissdpd and expecting it to work); couldn't the
install process check whether there's already a config-file in place?
Also, is it possible to configure minissdpd to not run at all? If so,
wouldn't that make a tolerable initial default?

(But the attached patch leaves it a note and just fixes the English)

This has a couple of grammar problems, but the following should work
as either a "Type: note" or "Type: error" message:

The MiniSSDP daemon is being installed (perhaps as a dependency for UPnP
support) but will not function correctly until it is configured.

   .
MiniSSDP is a daemon used by MiniUPnPc to speed up device discovery. For
security reasons, no out-of-box default configuration can be provided, so it
   requires manual configuration.

   .
Alternatively you can simply override the recommendation and remove MiniSSDP,
or leave it unconfigured - it won't work, but MiniUPnPc (and UPnP
applications) will still function properly despite some performance loss.
