I suppose this means "when this is not setup"

Yeah. That was discussed when we first reviewed these templates. lwat
is meant for Debian-Edu installs where people doing the install ar
enot necessarily deeply familiar with computers.

Yeah. Agreed. I didn't went back on this file, assuming we already
discussed that in a first review....but apparently some better ideas
are now coming.

Maybe we should sometimes re-review what we already reviewed?  Sigh...
