Only one fix in the attached diff, but more questions bellow.

Is it the lisGroup plural form?

I don't understand these "Only the last part is needed."

Also, do we have to double spaces after periods?

What does "(5-9)" mean here?
If 5 and 9 are the min and max values for the "minimum number of digits in
passwords", the Default should not be set to 1.
