[RFR] Re: The number of etch installations is rocketing...



Main changes:
1. Remove 's from numbers - should use either ,s or nbsp;
2. Capitalise headline the English way (was it German-way Noun-only before?);
3. Simplify opening paragraph;
4. Try to clarify third paragraph - unsure what it wanted to say;
5. Some small spelling and punctuation changes.
