Email interface to the DDTP: please move default encoding for Dutch to UTF-8.

Hi,

The email interface server assumes that ISO-8859-1 is the default font
encoding for the Dutch language. That used to be in the past, but
nowadays it is more likely that UTF-8 is set as the default encoding on
nl* localised systems.
Would it be possible to have the server being updated that way?
