Well it does, sort of: in ISO639 English Name of Language list [0]
they talk about'Dutch;Flemish', they both map to ISO639-1 code nl though

I think this is because the official written language 'Nederlands' is
defined by some committee with both Belgium and Dutch (and now also
Surinam IIRC) people in it.
