Detailed boot menu for Knoppix with GRUB 2

Hello,

GRUB 2 has got the capability to boot ISO files directly like they are used for
your live CDs/DVDs.

I would like to extend an example for my needs.

How do you think about to map the settings from the file
"/boot/isolinux/isolinux.cfg" to a nice GRUB 2 boot menu?
Would you like to add any advices for specific boot parameters from your
configuration experience?
