Kernel panic! Here is my setup: ThinkPad 770ED + 288M Here is what I do: Boot with the 2.6 kernel. 2.4 boots okay. Cause: Unknown. I can't figure out the problem because the penguin at the top covers what I need to see. Is there a way to remove the penguin? I need about three or four more lines of real estate to see what the kernel doesn't like. Any suggestions on removing the penguin, how to log the output, ...? Much obliged, Franco
