RE: [debian-knoppix] Knoppix the reanimator // what to take out for 3.4



Dropping any package is painfull, as an alternative if you keep the settings
of the programs ("apt-get remove" leaves the settings I think) an provide a 
script to easy get the packages that is taken out that f.ex. is called from 
the install script or can be called from a cd to put on harddisk.

Do you want latex ver XXX Y/N
apt-get install latex_XXX
etc.

That way the users dont have to remember what the packages are called, what 
settings to use and have an easy way getting the most used packages.

Another way is to put each install in the KMenu so that if you chose the
item, an install script starts.
