[debian-knoppix] customized knoppix CD
Hello,
I'm planning on making a bunch of copies of Knoppix for computers that I
will be sending to 3rd world countries. I'm presently collecting the
boot parameters I need for each computer.
My question: Is there a way to burn the Knoppix CD with the boot
parameters automatically passed? Basically, these people are newbies and
typing a long sequence of boot parameters for the video card, memory,
etc. is not ideal. Each computer will have a custom CD, so, if they
could just hit enter a the boot prompt and have the appropriate
parameters passed that would be great. Each computer could have
different boot parameters BTW.
As a side note, I did try saving my configuration to the hard drive,
however, it doesn't seem to work for things like "vga=normal noeject".
Any help is appreciated.
