You'll have to modify the Knoppix boot.img, in the /KNOPPIX directory. You can
mount boot.img like an ordinary filesystem (using -o loop), after which you
modify the settings in syslinux.cfg. Add the boot options to the end of the
first APPEND line (that one is used when booting without parameters), save the
file and make a new iso using the modified boot.img.
