[debian-knoppix] online version of knoppix-installer ?

Hi,

someone at knoppix.net asked where Fabian's newer installer
can be found online. It does not seem to be available at:
http://developer.linuxtag.net/knoppix/sources/
It would be useful as a separate download, so people with
reasonably recent knoppix CD's can benefit from its enhancements
without having to download a complete updated image.
