Grepping in the kernel sources, I found that ADFS is the Acorn Disc
Filing System (from Acorn RiscOS). The Knoppix kernel has
CONFIG_ACORN_PARTITION_ADFS enabled, so it could be that it mistakes
the first partition for a ADFS partition, skipping the rest of the
partition table. What is that partition (/dev/hda1) used for?
