Ich hab Eure Tips befolgt:

append = "hda=scsi hdb=scsi hdc=scsi hdd=scsi hde=scsi hdf=scsi hdg=scsi
hdh=scsi apm=power-off noapic"
[..]
root@wurzeli:/home/dw# modprobe apm
root@wurzeli:/home/dw# init 0
...........................................*Click*
aber der Rechner schaltet nicht ab:-(
