Ok, I'm out of ideas so it's as you said --- if it happens again for
either you or someone else, we will be ready, but otherwise we'll
probably have to let this be an unsolved mystery.
Retitling so heroes of bug reproduction know what to look for. Sorry
we didn't figure this out earlier. If no one reports back soon, we
can close it.
