Bug#541992: linux-source-2.6.30: Fails to build with make-kpkg
Package: linux-source-2.6.30
Version: 2.6.30-6
Severity: normal
I tried to compile my kernel like I always do:
make-kpkg --initrd --append-to-version -6debian kernel_image modules_image
2.6.30-4 worked this way, but with -6 I get this error:
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-source-2.6.30'
scripts/kconfig/conf -s arch/x86/Kconfig

make: *** [debian/stamp/build/kernel] Error 2
gcc --version says:
gcc (Debian 4.3.4-1) 4.3.4
I also tried to use kernel-package 12.018 instead of 12.019 but I get the same error.
