Bug#330081: Doesn't provide correct module installation directory, needs LOCALVERSION override

I can confirm this bug doesn't affect 2.6.18-1-powerpc (2.6.18-3) but
I honestly can't say I noticed when it was fixed, so I won't tag this
myself.

Nothing in the changelogs stands out, but I'd guess that the fix was
either an upstream change to use
/usr/src/linux-headers-version-abi-flavour/include/config/kernel.release
or a local change to ensure it contained version-abi-flavour instead of
version-abi.

The fact that there's nothing obvious in the Debian changelog suggests
an upstream change fixed this one out from under us...

If needed, I can prolly work backward through snapshot.debian.net for
an afternoon and identify where this problem was fixed (by inspection
that is...)
