Bug#384063: mkinitramfs generates incomplete mdadm.conf

Ah, ok, sorry, then the local-top script I saw it used in probably was
a left-over from a previous version. Sorry, my oversight -- too many
different versions in too short a time.

Only referring to the generated 'mdadm.conf' in initrd here, as above.
But anyway -- that seems to be irrelevant with this release.
