this file is unused, it was only left per accident.
thanks for the reminder to remove it.

looks like mdadm needs a newer backport, as latest has 
much better support.

nack, we can't rely on mdadm.conf in sarge.
check #383908 for the solution that will be implemented for sarge
compatibility.
