initramfs-tools landed per mistake in debian-kernel svn and will be soon
removed there again.
so we will maintain both our project not inside from the d-kernel repo.

initramfs-tools is developped on bzr and jbailey has nice improvements
in the pipe. i dont want to go again with the hassles of single diffs
handling in order to import it inside of svn.

on that topic i see lots of duplicate accounts that should be cleared
and also the one from jensen.

well that dispute is very unfortunate.
it was bad timing (very busy when svenl came with his upgrade idea).
some jokes that the other side got wrong and so on.

it's quite easy to join an alioth project, don't see that as inconvience.
