Hi Jens

Sorry to trouble you again but now that I'm trying to do this I realise
I'm not sure how to do it. I can complete the install up to the point
of reboot but before rebooting I need to copy the kernel and initrd as
you say.

Is there a prescribed way of doing this?

I can connect via netcat to the G3 from my workstation but looking at
man nc and man cat doesn't seem to yield any clues. Whilst in /bin/sh
on the G3 I need to be able to cp the two files to the workstation but
all the commands seem to be local to G3 - stumped ;)

Regards

Clive
