Patches should go to the BTS anyway, not to the list. If the maintainer
is set to the list, then we will get bug reports and other such traffic
here, so adding a [BTS] or other tag could probably be automatically
added, not sure though, but then maybe the BTS messages are easily
identifiable anyway.
