Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libmarblewidget-qt5-25 : Depends: libastro1 (= 4:16.08.2-1) but 4:16.04.1-3
is to be installed
 marble-plugins : Depends: libastro1 (= 4:16.08.2-1) but 4:16.04.1-3 is to be
installed
E: Broken packages

Then thats a known and reported bug:

Debian Bug report logs - #841751
digikam: Rebuild needed as libmarblewidget-qt5 24 -> 25

You can

1) Either wait till an uploaded Digikam package is available and use aptitude
upgrade (instead of apt-get upgrade which bails out with an error) with
carefully selected solution for the meantime.

2) Or agree to have digikam removed and reinstall it at a later time.

Additionally you can help with the rebuild :)

Ciao,
