Aah - I'd "assumed" it was greyed out due to Themes being in use, I'd
been just editing kdmrc by hand (doh!)
Thanks for pointing that out. I can't see to find a way to call the
Login module of SystemSettings on it's own, so running systemsettings as
root seems to be the only way to use the gui.
NOTE: I try and keep users away from admin functions - and when
necessary, at least limit the settings they have access to. And many of
the login settings I *don't* want them having access to!

I'll do a bit more research before logging a bug report - see if I can't
find a solution first.
