Can anyone make your konsole transparant with scim-qtimm installed under non-CJK locales

Hi,
Many bug reports have been filed on scim-qtimm in ubuntu, but 
I can not reproduce this bug, anyone can install scim-qtimm in
debian, and tell me if you have a similar experience like this 
one: https://launchpad.net/bugs/35760
