It runs fine here on P4 2.99ghz with 7676 drivers on FX Go5200, speed 
wise.  The main problem I have is that my transparencies always slowly 
but surely turn themselves down to 60%, when I try to keep them at 80%.  
I've experienced this since KDE 3.4.0...  I actually ended up turning it 
off for all but my putty windows, to avoid some pain.
