Why don't you define konsole session for 'ssh hosta' etc.
Then konsole session mgmt does the restart for you.

$ cat .kde/share/apps/konsole/ssh-lost.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Comment=slogin lost
Exec=ssh lost.in.space
