Better KDEDIRS default ( was Re: Debian KDE 3 packages using a different kde_htmldir )

This question seems to have gotten lost in the discussion about the
kde_htmldir thing.. What are your opinions on this, why not apply the
following patch ?

This makes it so that users won't have to mess with their KDEDIRS
variable, which is something that they don't figure out for themselves
most of the time..
