put the following lines in your /etc/apt/sources.list file

deb ftp://ftp.us.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/latest/Debian stable main

then type the following:

apt-get update
apt-get install kdebase

apt-get should handle all of the pacikage dependencies for you.
