Packages for ksplashml?

Hi,

anyone packaged this, yet?

I found it because it was mentioned at http://themes.kde.org

Looks pretty cool but is described as a replacement for ksplash and thus might 
have to "Replace: ksplash" and maybe even have to "Provides: ksplash".
Still running KDE3.0.x (from download.kde.org) on sarge and would make a 
package myself if noone did, yet.
