kdeaddons is the source package - the binary packages are konq-plugins,
kicker-applets, noatun-plugins, knewsticker-scripts and
kdeaddons-doc-html.

http://packages.debian.org/kstars will show you who owns it; I don't have
my machine available at the moment.
