Currently in "the archive" soon there will be kde3 debs at
http://people.debian.org/~ccheney/

How would supporting RedHat help convert them to Debian? :)  Isn't KDE already
in RedHat anyway?  If RedHat wants to use apt-rpm then they are free to
setup their own mirrors to use with it.
