After much lively debate on irc involving Hilaire, Derek, Vladimir and
myself (and with some additional input from standers-by on #debian-devel)
I have decided not to include BASIC at all. My reasons are twofold:

1. BASIC is not a good beginner's language.

2. As much as we would have liked to include it, I think our own bias
towards BASIC is that we started with that language. Let's set
nostalgia aside and think what is best for the children.

junior-programming 1.1 will omit it, then.

That leaves us with logo, python, and drscheme. Is this sufficient?
