Description : Local Extensions for Apache Maven

XMvn was developed by Red Hat and it's used in Fedora and RHEL as
primary Java packaging automation tool. Its adoption in Debian aims
at improving Java packaging techniques.

XMvn is a set of extensions for Apache Maven that can be used to
manage system artifact repository and use it to resolve Maven
artifacts in offline mode. It also provides Maven plugins to help
with creating packages containing Maven artifacts.

XMvn integrates with the most popular Java build systems, including:
* Apache Maven,
* Gradle,
* Apache Ivy,
* Aether Ant Tasks,
* Eclipse Tycho (through external plugin),
* Scala SBT (througt Ivy).
