I just received word from upstream that it is OK to distribute the source
without the CLA.  I guess a DSFG compatible tarball will need to be built
with the CLA removed.  NB, for some reason the datatype-joda package is
the only one out of the dozen jackson repositories with the PDF file still
present - I guess it was just an oversight.

Will have a bash at it tomorrow.
