There is another point I'd like to investigate, I noticed that the maven rules (debian/maven.rules, etc) are rewritten after building the package with: - the comments removed. I think they help greatly to understand how the file is supposed to be used and I'd rather keep them. - added rules. I'm not sure to understand why it happens. I tend to get nervous when I see this, because the file becomes more verbose and I'm not sure the behavior will be exactly the same on the next build. Emmanuel Bourg
