Can you post the complete contents of your /etc/apt/sources.list
I would guess that either you don't have a regular mirror configured at all
or the regular mirror you have configured is out of date.

It's pretty clear he already has the security archive in his sources.list.
If he didn't then he wouldn't be trying to install a version of
openjdk-6-jdk
with that depends line.
Note that "is not going to be installed" does not mean a package is
not available, it simply means apt is not planning to install it for some
reason.
