Thanks for that confirmation.

Also mh_make generates its maven.rules with:

org.codehaus.mojo exec-maven-plugin maven-plugin 1.1.1 *
org.codehaus.mojo exec-maven-plugin maven-plugin s/.*/1.1.1/

It "applies last if there was no other matches" [1]
