With CDBS it would be a simple DEB_JARS variable. There are also plenty of
examples in the archive for packages using ant and cdbs.

I font know how good the ant support in dh7 already is. I know no package
already using it. That doesnt mean there is none...

One issue I already see in your debian/rules snipped: Why do you depend
on openjdk6 and not on default-jdk? The later is the prefered if the package
builds with either openjdk6 or gcj.
