I was going to build with ecj, just because it was the first one I tried
that worked. I'll clear that up.

I meant to write a script to automate it but didn't get it finished, so
I left it out for the moment. The existing changelog is based on the
output of `lynx -dump`.

I wanted to do the same for README.html.

Absolutely.
The package should be OK to go into main.
