building eclipse on testing/unstable fails

Hi

I'm using the latest ant (Apache Ant version 1.5 compiled on July 11
2002) and blackdown (Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition
(build Blackdown-1.3.1-02b-FCS)) packages on my debian unstable system.

I've downloaded the eclipse-sourceBuild-srcIncluded-2.0.1.zip and tried
to build it. With export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/j2se/1.3/ as described in
the eclipse instructins.

But nevertheless how i try to build eclipse:
build -os linux -ws motif;
build -os linux -ws motif -bc /usr/lib/j2se/1.3/jre/lib/rt.jar -target
compile;
build -os linux -ws gtk;
build -os linux -ws gtk -bc /usr/lib/j2se/1.3/jre/lib/rt.jar -target
compile;

i always get the same error:

generateJavadoc:

/usr/lib/j2se/1.3/bin/i386/native_threads/java: relocation error:
/usr/lib/j2se/1.3/jre/lib/i386/libjava.so: symbol __libc_waitpid,
version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference

I searched in eclips bugzilla but didn't find anything, so can someone
please help me.
