IIRC the fact both Sun's and Blackdown's JDK come under Sun Licensing is
the main reason why they're not in Debian-proper. Whoever distributes a
version of a JDK from Sun, wil also be obliged to help Sun if they are
sued over issues in a java-package from them; at least that's what I
remember from a discussion about this issue a while back on the subject
of packaging the Blackdown JDK for Debian-proper.

some pre-release of the 'official' Debian Blackdown-packages on his
home-page on people.d.o (The answer should also be in the archives, but
couldn't find it easily.)
