One more comment on this. Maybe something like this in the policy.
If the java classes can be compiled to .so files or any other
machine-code it should not depend on java-virtual-machine and
on the same time such an architecture specific package should be
generated from the source.
If you like it or have a better variant please file a bug against
java-common.
