I think you should calm down.

There is no policy that says this (more than the proposed one) but
if you get problems with some packages there is a bug with this
so you can probably file one. If should probably have severity = normal
though if it is not a critical one.

Personally I think you are right, that the repository should be removed
so for my packages you are welcome to file severity = important (or above)
bugs about it. :)
