Personally I'd leave the Architecture: line alone. I don't think it's a
package's responsibility to track the architectures on which its
dependencies are available. The buildds have a 'dep-wait' state which
(AIUI) represents this.

Are you sure? I believe that testing only cares about binaries being out
of date on various architectures; if they simply aren't compiled on
those architectures, it doesn't matter.
