j2se1.3-i386 in .../Incoming (again)

I've just re-uploaded the j2se1.3-i386 packages to fix the packaging
bug the original packages contained.  Neither they nor the
j21.3-powerpc packages have made it to unstable yet, they're waiting
on the kindness of ftp-admins.

The j2se1.3-i386 packages now also use java2-compiler & java2-runtime
instead of j2re & j2sdk
