Simple kanji print utility

For those who cannot (yet) print Japanese properly but
need to print some Japanese documentation on their way
to a proper set-up, I am making available my very old kprint
program (a Linux version of a print program which I made in my
MS-DOS days). See <www.jw-stumpel.nl/~jws/kprint.html>. Only
for HP Laserjet and Deskjet printers.
