Fetchmail puo' passare le mail direttamente ad un MDA (come procmail),
invece che mandarle all'MTA locale:

(man fetchmail)
       -m <command> | --mda <command>
              (Keyword: mda) You can  force  mail  to  be  passed  to 
              an MDA directly (rather than forwarded to port 25) with
              the --mda or -m option.

Per esempio, puoi scrivere nel tuo ~/.fetchmailrc:
 poll ... proto ... user ... pass ... mda procmail
