no, con 777 tutti fanno tutto con quel file!
se un file è chmod 777 chiunque può leggerlo, modificarlo ed eseguirlo.

cioè aggiunge un utente esistente ad un gruppo esistente
per i permessi leggiti bene il man di chmod.
