Unfortunately, "Read the Spec" is the appropriate answer to a question
_this_ general. Actually, the original poster queried whether his
goals can be done with exim, resulting in "Yes" being a good answer.

A more detailed solution is like a multi-day project which probably
nobody is going to do for free[1].

Exim is like a kitchen and a full food storage, and nobody would ask a
question like "I would like to cook a five course menu which will
immediately bring me two stars in the Guide Michelin witout spending
time to learn".

If the original poster cannot spend the time to get acquainted with
exim, it would probably be a good idea to move from the kitchen to the
restaurant and to choose a meal from the menu (i.e. use postfix), or
to hire a chef[1] to have the cooking done for him or to learn from him.
